30 Day Return for Refund/Exchange Policy

At The Beauty Place, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund or exchange any unused and resalable merchandise in its original manufacturer packaging within 30 days of receipt.

For sanitary health concerns, we only accept the return for refund of hair brushes, combs, hair care & hair loss products or skin care products that are sealed / unopened in their original manufacturer packaging within 30 days of receipt.

Damaged items due to improper handling or negligent care may not be accepted for refund. If you are unsure about the proper use of your purchased equipment, please refer to the product usage manual or consult the manufacturer before use.

Please note: Shipping charges are not refundable. A 15% Restocking Fee will be charged for any returns sent to us without a valid RMA #.

Return Procedures:

1. Call our Customer Service Department at 1-877-392-8827 to obtain a return authorization number (RMA). Please note RMA #s are valid for 15 days from date issued.

2. Re-pack the item in the original manufacture's packaging and place in shipment box. Please be sure to include all parts, pieces, printed materials and accessories.

3. Please include a copy of your invoice and RMA #.

4. Send it back to TheBeautyPlace.com via your preferred carrier to the following address:

5. Once we receive the package, please allow up to 10 days for processing and refunds.

Please Note: We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring your return shipment. TheBeautyPlace.com is unable to issue a credit or refund for any items damaged or lost on their way back to us.

Returned products are subject to inspection by The Beauty Place staff. All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, e.g. gift with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, or damaged. Multiple RMA requests for the same products are subject to review by The Beauty Place staff. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once.

The Beauty Place is an online retailer. Please note that we are unable to process walk-in returns.

Damaged Shipment

If your item is damaged in transit, shipped incorrectly or defective, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. We will send you a UPS return label. Once your returned item is received a new product will be sent out to you free of charge. Please be sure to inspect your package carefully when it arrives.

Refused Shipment
If your package is returned to TheBeautyPlace.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable" the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and a restocking fee of 15% will be applied. If you would like to have your order re-shipped, there will be a $5.95 re-shipping fee.
