I am a stylist we had an inservice on this product they flew a gal in from california.. Not all the models showed up they asked me if they could demo me, I let them I thought it would be an exel first hand exp.. U can't shampoo 3 days must keep flat it stinks so bad now 2weeks later I'm getting my hair cut.. After growing it out 4six years..I have reconstructed it feels dry brittle lk hay..

This is an excellent product -- but I would not try it at home unless you've had it done professionally for you a few times!!! It does come with fairly easy to follow directions, but unless you've actually seen it done, and know for sure that this product will not damage your particular hair - i just wouldn't take the chance. Make sure that you follow the directions that come in the box! Also, note that if you have highlighted or previously straightend hair, you'll need to purchase the BioIonic Protein Spray and IonFixx to protect your hair. The whole process took me almost 3.5 - from start to finish. To be honest, it didn't come out as pin-straight as it did with my professional stylist, but I actually prefer this slightly fuller result anyway. I'd definitely use this product again at home - but I'm going to make sure to have the protein and Fixx sprays on hand!

For the price you are paying is great. This is not a relaxer but will definitively help you 100% with the humidity. I highly recommend it.
