I investigate how this iron gets before purchasing it. I tried it and I love it. I use biosilk serum with this iron. Wow! I get so many compliments and unfortunately people always touching my hair. I am really impressed and very happy I got it!!

I won the flat iron at a silent auction, so I am not that upset about it, but I have a Chi that has lasted me 3 years and its still going. This flat iron died after a year and a few months...just wouldn't turn on anymore. I will never buy a Paul Brown again, I will stick to the Chi!

I actually went to the store to purchase a Chi, and the girl behind the counter suggested the Paul Brown iron... They're hotter (the Chi stops at 360 degrees, and the Paul Brown stops at 410 degrees), they have a lower return rate from a Chi (my sister-in-law has gone through 3 Chi irons in 2 years), and they last longer.
Nearly 3.5 years later, my Paul Brown JUST died on me this morning (short in the cord). I have the kinkiest, nastiest, frizziest, ETHNIC hair you've ever seen on a white girl (haha), but my hair looks salon styled every time with this iron. It's the best!
I'm about to buy another one, and look forward to another 3.5 years of bliss with my Paul Brown!

This flat iron is great! I asked my hair stylist which one to purchase and she recommended this one. I have no previous experience with using a flat iron but I quickly caught on and my hair comes out great. I wish there had been some instructions included with the product but I found guidelines for proper temperature on the internet. Highly Recommended!!!

My hair is thick and difficult to iron and style, i tired this iron after someone suggested it. It works good but to make my hair really shiny and smooth I must use a serum with it otherwise it looks too dry. Overall the iron is pretty good.
