We offer a 30 day warranty for all electrical appliances purchased from TheBeautyPlace.com. If you experience problems with an item please contact our customer service department at 877-990-1112 for instructions on how to send us back your damaged item. We do not offer any refunds only exchange for the exact item. If we no longer carry the item you'd like to replace, our Customer Service Team will be happy to help you find a comparable alternative.

Please note: We do not honor manufacturers warranty policy. Warranty periods are calculated from your original date of purchase; receiving a replacement item does not extend your warranty period.
