Expedited Orders placed Monday through Friday by 2 p.m. (EST) are shipped the same day.** Expedited orders placed after 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time are shipped the next business day. UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3rd Day Air require a home or business address as delivery cannot be completed to a P.O. BOX address.
Orders with Standard Shipping are processed within 1 - 2 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless TheBeautyPlace.com made an error.
- For orders returned to TheBeautyPlace.com marked as “refused”, “unclaimed” or “undeliverable” due to an incorrect address or missing information made by customer, a $5.95 reshipping fee will be charged to resend package.
- All packages returned to sender due to an incorrect address made by customer are subject to a 15% restocking fee if customer requests refund.
Shipping fees are not refundable. Delays caused that are beyond our control such as weather, refused delivery, etc. that impact your delivery date will not qualify for shipping fee reimbursements.

Department of Transportation Shipping Restrictions:
Some hair and beauty products contain materials that the US Department of Transportation (DOT) classifies as "Hazardous Materials." Products containing hazardous materials must ship standard ground transport via UPS. No expedited or express shipping allowed. Any states/countries requiring packages to arrive by air will not be able to have HAZMAT items shipped to them (HI, VI, PR, AK, GU, APO, Canada). HAZMAT items are NOT delivered to PO BOXES. These items include aerosol-type products, pressurized cans (i.e. hairspray) and flammable items.
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
