Subscription Terms & Conditions
Billing By signing up to TheBeautyPlace.com Subscription service customer agrees and acknowledges that the subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge at the frequency chosen by the customer. Customer accepts responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Customer agrees and acknowledges that the Subscription merchandise price is subject to change. Customer will only be charged the price of the product less 10% off; customers will be charged only when the order has been shipped out.
Exclusions Subscription orders do not qualify for any sales, flash sales or gift with purchases.
Cancellation Customers may cancel/manage their Subscription Service at any time. To cancel customers may (i) login to their TheBeautyPlace.com account and select Subscription Service and follow the procedures there, (ii) email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or (iii) call us at 877-990-1112 M-F 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
Customers may return a shipment within 30 days of receiving the shipment. All products being return must be new, unopened and unused. Items being returned may not have broken or tampered with packaging and must include all original manufacturer packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipment charges. To ensure that we receive the package we do recommend using a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
To return an order, customers must: 1. Contact Customer Service by email at email@example.com or by phone at 877-990-1112 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 2. Customers must include the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) on the outside of the box being returned.

Returns may take up to 14-business day after receipt to process. All refunds are credited back to the original method of payment.
